Dominique Robinson
President
Dominique Robinson (C/O ’24) is a junior Music Education Major from Tampa,FL. She is involved in Concert Choir, Choral Union, Choral Work Study, and is President of ACDA. She has been in choir since 2nd grade and has wanted to be a teacher ever since. Dominique’s end goal is to teach at the collegiate level as well as get experience in elementary music.

Lindsey Adams
Vice President
Lindsey Adams (C/O ’25) is a sophomore Music Education Major from Yulee, FL. She is in Stetson University’s Concert Band and Horn studio. Lindsey currently serves as President for Instruments of Healing and is an organizer for the upcoming winterguard at Stetson. She plans to pursue a career as a Middle/ High School Band Director. She believes teaching is a rewarding and important job. A teacher can make a huge impact on one’s life and her goal is to help kids flourish and expand their limits.

Emma Ruiz (C/O 24’) is a junior Vocal Music Education Major from Miami, Florida. She is currently involved in Concert Choir, Choral Union, ACDA, and Instruments of Healing. She is looking forward to being ACDA’s advocate and continuing to grow her involvement in Stetson’s School of Music! She began singing in choir when she was in the 5th grade and continued throughout her senior year of High School. When she graduates she hopes to become a middle school or high school

Maria Almonte (C/O ’24) is a Junior Music Education Major. She is currently a member of the Stetson School of Music’s Concert Choir and Opera. Her goal is to direct Middle School or High School choirs. Maria is passionate about fostering a love and appreciation for music in young students. She strives to be the best leader, educator, and musician she can be!

Historian
Elizabeth Langston (C/O ’25) is a sophomore Music Education Major and a wearer of many hats ;)! She is currently a member of the Stetson School of Music’s Symphonic Band, Orchestra, and Trumpet studio. She is also an active member in FOCUS Orientation as well as Instruments of Healing. Her goal is to teach music wherever the world will let her. Elizabeth aspires to follow every step in her journey with compassion, hard work, and honesty. She is always excited to do everything she can to make her impact at Stetson positive and effective.

Emma Floyd (C/O of ‘26) is a freshman Music Education Major from Stuart, FL. She is a member of Stetson Choral, Choral Union, and ACDA. Emma has been in choir since third grade, and wants that to always be a part of her life! She is very optimistic about her future as an educator and has dreamt of being a teacher ever since she stepped into a classroom.

Trenton Wilks
American Choral Director’s Association (ACDA) Ex-Officio
Trenton Wilks is a Freshman Music Education Major who serves as the ACDA Ex-Officio and is involved with many aspects of Stetson’s School of Music and its student life! He is honored to be a member of the Stetson Hatter Choir, Stetson’s Choral Union, and to be a High-Notes Mentee. He is also pleased to be a part of Waterbury’s Vocal Studio, as well as the Vice President of Stetson’s American Choral Directors Association Chapter. His goal is to create a lasting impression of music on his future students and to provide any and all the necessary skills to hone their musical talents. Trenton believes that unwavering dedication, willingness to accept progress, and honesty in all forms will help him and others achieve their desired aspirations. Trenton works hard to provide those around him with a positive and uplifting spirit that they can talk to and hopes that this leads to an even more welcoming presence for Stetson.

Emma Stoughton
American String Teacher’s Association (ASTA) Ex-Officio
Emma Stoughton (C/O ’25) is a Sophomore Music Education Major. She has lived in different places due to being in a military family. Emma has been playing cello for over ten years now. She has been involved in music her whole life from singing, dancing, playing instruments, and musical theater. Emma is a Christian and wants to serve the Lord through music and teaching others. She is excited to continue to work in Stage Crew and perform in the Symphony Orchestra. Emma is glad to have this new opportunity to serve on the board as the String Representative.
